#Rise2TheTop Week Progress Report.

Ched:
Found out this week that Ched made All-Stars. I’m hoping he could turn that into confidence when he plays now. He’s pretty good for a kid his age and he could only get better from here if he works hard. So I’m trying to get his game right before the All-Star game so he could put on a show. Gotta work hard to play hard. This off-season I want to work on his speed and athletic ability, and his knowledge when he’s on the floor. Needs to pay attention to detail more. When he gets taller and taller, he’s about to be killin’.

Ches:
I had my first #DoubleDay with him. Went to the gym to help him put shots up and dribble a little. We gotta get his shot more consistent, which means repetition. Gonna try to fix his form and everything so it’s the same shot every time but it’s a work in progress. This dude is tall and his arms are pretty long so I’m going to be trying to make him put a lot of shots up during the off season and work on that handle so he could get somewhere with the ball. Consistency is the problem with this kid and mental strength, he gets broken down mentally quick once he starts messing up. We’ll work on that and get it all through his head eventually.
